It is the mission of the Cameo Foundation to dedicate its endeavors to the betterment of the community by identifying the needs of "Families in Crisis" and defining and mitigating those needs through operational programs that help to inspire them to achieve and lead healthy productive lives.

The Cameo Foundation provides a platform for the many talented seniors in Arizona to demonstrate and share their talents, skills, resources, and experiences with people of all ages. Many of our seniors have led very productive lives, and are anxious to "give back" to society and charitable causes in meaningful ways. Their talents and energies are their gifts to our community.

Our entertainment shows allow our seniors to team with talented youths in several annual Variety Shows in and around the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area. These shows serve several purposes.
They provide:
1.  entertainment for the local community
2.  opportunity to create unity between all ages
3.  "seed capital" to produce our premier charity event

The Cameo Ball.

The annual Cameo Ball donates the resulting proceeds to local charitable and needy organizations who share our goal of helping "Families In Crisis".

History of the Cameo Ball:
The Cameo Ball was founded in 2004 with the first event held at the Scottsdale Hilton in January 2005. The first five annual events dedicated the proceeds to the local Alzheimer's Assn. The 2010 & 2011 events dedicated the proceeds to aid the victims of Domestic Violence.

We have now chosen to reach out and try to help a broader base of need. Our new mantra is to help "Families In Crisis", and we have accepted three separate  organizations to receive our support in the coming year.
